Month Of:
We take the helm for the entire day ensuring each detail is attended to. Day of Coordination really starts long before the sun rises on your event date. Month of leading up to your wedding/event the transfer of knowledge takes place as we learn all the ins and outs of your plan. Vendor lists, seating cards, any items that need to be handed off for execution the day of will happen in the weeks leading up to your celebration. Loose ends are buttoned up and we get you ready to party!
We swoop in and take the helm on the day of your event implementing the details you have put into motion. If you are looking for assistance along the way and are in need of a second set of eyes and ears we can schedule some coaching leading up to your event to determine progress and troubleshoot any logistics in addition to some of the details listed below:
- implementation of client created day of timeline
- vendor confirmations/ contact lists
- coordination of previously arranged logistics
- handling of details on the day of to allow for a seamless event for you and your guests
- site visit
- discovery meeting
- preproduction meeting
- 2-3 production assistants on site, determined by event needs, location and scope of overall work
- onsite implementation of seating cards, personal items & favors, welcome bags
- end of evening coordination/ return of items to client
Should an issue arise we are onsite from the first vendor delivery until the very end of your event to help navigate through any speed bumps that may arise.
Styling services, rentals, décor elements and related labor fees are additional. Details specific to an events needs/location to be determined and outlined in a scope of work created for the event. Additional Travel fees may apply beyond the Anchorage bowl and Mat-Su. Fees stated are for one day event under 300 guests in a maximum of two locations.
Full Service:
The Whole Shebang! Through conversation we learn what your vision is, learn about your event hopes and dreams. From there we take the idea or concept of your event, develop the guest experience, organize the logistics, design the visual experience and then execute! No detail is left to chance. Venue & vendor coordination, oversight for load in right up until the last song is played… followed by a post event wrap up to button up any loose ends. This full production service has us involved every step of the way ensuring you and your guests have that WOW what just happened experience!
