In December we were a part of the production team for a blow out Bat Mitzvah. The Garden City Hotel was the chosen venue and it was transformed inside and out! This collaborative effort had an all star team! #teamQuade provided decor production assistance and logistics support. Lounge furniture and decor elements from Taylor Creative along with a collection of linens and accents from Ruth Fischl set the tone… and those Gold Lampshades… did you see those, that was Ruth! & they look fantastic over the candy bar ( bar by Taylor Creative ) what a pairing!
A winter wonderland photo backdrop featuring individual panels were digitally printed and installed by Dazian who made a cameo appearance as part of #teamQuade. Blue atlas cedar & birch added natural accents to the setting along with ottoman seating from Ruth Fischl.
Dazian also provided projection screens and reveal curtains used throughout the event.
Statuesque performers were placed throughout the tent interacting with guests and creating stellar photo opportunities. The Bat Mitzvah girl had her big reveal and entrance suspended on a swing with a kabuki drop style reveal on the dance floor before her speech. Theatrical elements throughout the event created an element of surprise and whimsy adding the the overall atmosphere.
The night ended with a s’mores station and fire pit for guests to keep warm by as they waited for the valeted cars…. and that’s a wrap!
Great to have Movers Not Shakers on board once again with #teamQuade getting us in and out for this one…
the next morning lovely light and airy breakfast florals were the closing bell on this weekend of festivities featuring yellow gloriosa lily and white phaeleonopsis orchid blooms.
TIP: every part should have a candy bar, don’t you think?!
