A common theme in life is moving forward… to accelerate through the process. We do this with events by collaborating with business accelerators, think tanks and deployment programs near and far. These events bring together like minds to fuel the development process, launch ideas, analyze how we interact with our surroundings, and ignite those sparks creating concepts that will evolve into future solutions. Process, design and experience are what drive my event philosophy. In planning these experiences my goal is to identify what are we looking to communicate, how are we telling the story and what are the take aways, these should be actionable steps guests can leave the experience with feeling empowered to carry the message and goals forward.
Working with Launch Alaska on several events and Tech Deployment Tracks we were able to volley between in person and hybrid approaches over a number of cycles. This created a dynamic situation as we crafted experiences that would unify a global audience wether in person or through zoom.
Over a series of events we were able to collaborate with local venues before, during and after a global pandemic to create cohesive experiences that propelled the mission of Launch Alaska forward in the most challenging times. King Street Brewery, Anchorage Museum, and Alaska Communications Business Technology Center provided the canvas for our team to collaborate in a manner that resulted in dynamic experiences. DJ Spencer Lee kept the vibe high along with our own in house hospitality and tech teams all contributing to the successful execution without missing a beat.
Pre event mailers provided materials to be used during the conference. Mocktail kits provided ingredients to follow along a how-to video during a virtual happy hour. Snacks to keep everyone fueled throughout the sessions from local TDT cohorts Heather’s Choice. At an in person welcome reception at local brewery, a King Street brewer provided a facility tour behind the scenes which plugged into the work and interests of those in attendance. Guest Management, Swag Bags, Check in and our Concierge Services all add to your guests elevated experience. These are a few of the ways we craft events to elevate the everyday conference. We work with you to provide a seamless and engaging experience from first impressions to final goodbyes, securing those important follow up conversations and relationship building.
