There are so many moving parts to producing large scale event experiences, and when they are multi day events it takes even more hands and days behind the scenes to execute. It all starts with concept development, a lot of creative brainstorming, sourcing items and then there is the procurement of hard goods and the perishables, the pre build, load out and load in… all before the onsite install ever starts! Many hands lighten the load and there have been many Team Quade hands over the years making magic happen! & let’s not forget when the party is over… we live by the leave no trace rule and it all disappears like it never happened! There is an enormous amount of planning, preparation, production and clean up when it comes to events of any size…let’s hear it for all of those working behind the scenes to bring the magical moments to life!
